For Your Information

People ask me why I leave people on the Prayer Requests so long. The answer is simple -- because they need your prayers.  Joy Orlando has been on there a long time and will be on there a long time, because I believe it was our prayers that let her get a pancreas transplant that worked and she doesn’t have to take insulin anymore. I understand this is unusual. She won’t get her sight back or other damage but she still needs our prayers so she doesn’t reject the transplant. If they are on the list, please pray for them.  Thank you. -- Carolyn

Beginners Ukelele Class We have started a beginners ukulele class on Wednesdays from 5 p.m.to 5:30 p.m. in Williams Hall. There will be a class for adults and another for children. It is free — you just need to bring your own ukulele and a smile!

Oct 11-14 Evangelistic Meeting The Appearing.  Meets every night at 7 p.m. with the addition of 11 a.m. on Sabbath here at our church.  Please develop a list of people you are praying for and that you will invite.  The world is coming to an end as we know it.  Life on earth will cease at the 2nd coming when Jesus returns to deliver His faithful people and take them home.  We need to fill the church for this series each night by inviting each possible person to come with us after we have prayed for them. We have promotional material for this series at the door after church today for your use.  Please pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit and that these meetings will be powerfully presented and well attended. See below for the sermon topics on each respective date.
